Berkeley Homes is currently working on the next phase of development at Royal Arsenal
The historic 76-acre Royal Arsenal in Woolwich, SE18 is one of London’s largest brownfield regeneration sites, being transformed into a vibrant mixed-use developments on the banks of the River Thames in Woolwich.
Following a public consultation event held in November 2012,Berkeley Homes has submitted an outline planning application to the Royal Borough of Greenwich Council for the Waterfront Masterplan, at Royal Arsenal, Woolwich. As a number of changes have been made to the scheme to incorporate comments that were received at the consultation event, Berkeley will be holding a further three day consultation to enable local residents to view the outline application which has been submitted to the Council.
The proposals will be exhibited on architectural boards and on a physical model, with members of the design team on hand to provide further details and answer any questions you may have.
There will also be an opportunity to provide feedback on the application which will help to define the next stages of the masterplanning.
For those that cannot attend this website provides a chance to view the exhibition boards and submit your feedback and comments.
We welcome all feedback to inform the design process moving forward.
